RATES & INSURANCE

• • We accept online orders and ship to addresses within the United States.  Currently we do not ship internationally.
  • We do not allow for P.O. Box delivery
  • All deliveries will require a verified home or business address
  • All deliveries will require a signature for our packages
  • All our items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and fully insured from our company to your front door or office
  • Rates for shipping within the United States are as follows:
    • FedEx Ground shipping with a minimum of $300.00 value is $30.00
    • FedEx 2nd Day shipping $36.00
    • FedEx Standard Overnight shipping $46.00
    • FedEx Priority Overnight shipping $50.00
    • For Saturday delivery $67.00
    • For item to arrive on Monday with shipping on Saturday, item must be ready to ship out by noon on Saturday, MST to guarantee arrival by Monday – $50.00
  • For items valued at $299.00 or less we can ship via the United States Postal Service 

• USPS flat rate arrives 2 – 3 days $10.00 – uninsured

REFUND POLICY

RETURN YOUR ORDER

• Your satisfaction is the top priority at Mark Diamond’s Jewelers.  You may return items within 30 days after purchase for exchange only.  You may return items within 10 days after purchase for a full refund, minus any shipping costs incurred.
  • Contact us at Mark Diamond’s Jewelers (505) 296-9525 to notify us that you would like to return your item.
  • Within the next business day, you will receive an e-mail containing a pre-paid FedEx shipping label and specific shipping instructions to return your item.  (Note: Items received that do not follow the specific shipping instructions may not qualify for a return/refund)
  • Take your item(s) to your nearest FedEx location and ship it back to us
  • Once received, our quality control team will assess your items and help to designate the appropriate refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days to the original method of payment used for the initial purchase.
  • It is a final sale on all laboratory grown diamonds, laboratory grown diamond jewelry and custom pieces made with laboratory grown diamonds.  No refunds or exchanges will be accepted
  • Any custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Eternity bands are not eligible for return due to finger size.  Mark Diamond’s Jewelers reserves the right to return and to issue a potential in-house store credit for the band on a case by case basis

 

• Additional Terms and Conditions for Returns
  • Guests are entitled to a full refund once it is confirmed that we have received the piece, and it passes through our quality control team.  You may not be eligible for a return if one of our specialists finds one or more of the following:
    • The returned item is not in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition or if an item shows signs of wear or damage.  **Guests are entitled to a full refund within 10 business days
    • If an item was returned with improper packaging differing from the Mark Diamond’s Jewelers shipping instructions
    • If the returned items are not accompanied by all the materials sent with the original packaging including, but not limited to, any certifications, lab reports, appraisals, boxes, polishing/cleaning materials, bags, quality assurance cards, etc.

 

RING SIZING

• Mark Diamond’s Jewelers offers one free ring re-sizing on any custom-made rings, engagement rings, wedding bands and fashion rings.
• 90-day free ring resizing from time of purchase
• Please contact us at (505) 296-9525 for instructions on sending us your jewelry
• Certain rings do not apply for free re-sizing such as eternity bands or tension set mountings because they must be made to size without alteration
• A lifetime warranty on all alternative metal bands from Jewelry Innovations is provided including replacement or refurbishing for size exchanges, excess wear and many other issues
• Free service, refinishing, and repair on all rings, including size exchanges for one year from the date of store purchase 
• Shipping charges will be applied
• Some warranty services may require payment of a service fee
• Free lifetime replacement of any contemporary metal ring removed in a medical emergency 
• Free lifetime ring replacement for breakage of Rugged Tungsten™ and Black Diamond Ceramic™ rings
• If you purchase a Triton band, the TRITON FOREVER FIT Warranty™ allows you to exchange your ring for a new size, subject to availability.  If your ring style is unavailable, we will work with you to exchange your ring for a similar style and value
